INTRODUCTION
BEFORE USING THE ELECTRIC FRYER
1. Clean the fryer, prepare it for use and switch it on as described on Page 26.
EVERYDAY USE OF THE FRYER
1. Turn the ON/OFF knob to position
.
2. Turn the thermostat knob to the position required.
3. Wait for the fryer to reach the correct temperature before starting to fry.
4. To switch off, turn the ON/OFF knob back to “0” and the thermostat knob to position (
x).
BEFORE USING THE BARBECUE
1. Clean the barbecue, prepare it for use and switch it on as described on page 32.
EVERYDAY USE OF THE BARBECUE
1. Turn the ON/OFF knob to the position required.
2. Wait for the pumice stone to become hot before starting to grill.
3. To switch off, turn the ON/OFF knob back to “0”.
