1.The appliance is not working.
• Is there a power failure?
• Is the plug properly inserted in the socket?
• Is the main power switch on?
• Has the fuse blown?
• Is the power supply cable damaged?
• Is button (B) set to Stand-by?
2. Temperature inside the compartments is not low enough.
• Are the doors closed properly?
• Is the appliance installed near a heat source?
• Are the air circulation grilles blocked?
3. Water collects at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment.
• Is the defrost water drain blocked?
4. The inside light is not working.
Perform the checks for problem 1 and then:
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.
• If your appliance has a bulb, refer to the instructions and illustration on the attached product
description sheet for inspection and replacement
• If your appliance has led lights, contact the after-sales service.
5. Excessive frost build-up in the low temperature compartment.
• Is the low temperature compartment door closed properly?
6. The acoustic alarm sounds, the inside light is intermittent and the red led (G) flashes
• The door has been open for more than 2 minutes. Press button (F) to mute the alarm or close
the door.
7. The acoustic alarm sounds, the red led (G) and the letter “F” flash on the display
• Temperature sensor fault. Press button (F) to deactivate the alarm and contact the after-sales
service
Note:
• If the alarm condition described at point 7 arises, the temperature setting button (C) and button
(D) cannot be used, but the appliance still maintains compartment temperatures that guarantee
safe storage conditions for food
• It is normal for the appliance to make a range of noises (gurgling and hissing due to expansion
in the refrigerant circuit ...) during the normal operating cycle.
