MANUAL DEFROST
to manually Defrost fooD, follow the instruction-
s provided in the paragraph "Microwave cook-
ing and reheating" and choose a power of 160
W.
check anD inspect the fooD regularly. Experi-
ence will give you the times needed for vari-
ous amounts.

process to finish during standing time.
