l If you want food to broil slower from
the start, press the Custom Broil pad and
press the v Temp pad so a temperature
between 170°F and 500°F (75°C and 260°C)
shows on the small display.
Lower temperature settings allow for less
frequent broil heating element cycling and
slower cooking. The lower the temperature,
the slower the cooking.
NOTE: Fish and chicken are some foods
that may cook better if you use lower
broiling temperatures.
