TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Cause Solution

The product is not dispen-

sed.

• The tank is empty.

• The water tank is not fully

seated.

• The ducts are blocked with

lime scale.

• The pump is defective.

• Fill the tank.

• Seat the tank properly.

• Perform descaling (see

page 10).

• Contact your local dealer.

The coffee is not hot enough. • Cups are cold.

• The heating system is de-

fective.

• Preheat the cups.

• Contact your local dealer.

The pump is too noisy. • The water tank is not fully

seated.

• The pump is defective.

• Seat the tank properly.

• Contact your local dealer.

A few drops come out of the

dispenser, especially when

the machine is warming up.

• This is not a defect. • It is normal for a few drops

to come out, this is not a

defect.

Coffee tastes sour. • The appliance was not

properly rinsed after de-

scaling.

• Rinse the appliance again.
