Keypad Feature Instructions
BROIL Broiling
The oven can Broil at any temperature between 450°F (232°C) and 550°F (288°C).
The default temperature is 550°F (288°C).
1. Press BROIL for the desired oven.
2. Press the number keypads to set the desired temperature. If the temperature entered is
not in the range of the temperatures allowed, the default temperature will be displayed
and audible tones will sound. Enter a temperature in the allowable range.
3. Press START for the selected oven. No preheating is necessary.
4. Position the cookware in the oven and close the door.
5. Press CANCEL for the selected oven when finished.
CONVECT BAKE Convection
cooking
The oven can Convect Bake at any temperature between 170°F (77°C) and 550°F (288°C).
The default temperature is 325°F (163°C).
Refer to the Convection Cooking section of this manual for more information.
1. Press CONVECT BAKE for the desired oven.
Follow the on-screen prompt and use the number keypads to select if you wish to use the
convection Convert Time/Temp feature.
If using Convert Time/Temp:
2. Press the number keypads to set the original temperature. If the temperature entered is
not in the range of the temperatures allowed, the default temperature will be displayed
and audible tones will sound. Enter a temperature in the allowable range.
3. Press the number keypads to set the original cooking time.
4. Go to Step 5.
If not using Convert Time/Temp:
2. Follow the on-screen prompt and use the number keypads to select if you wish to use the
Rapid Preheat feature.
3. Press the number keypads to set the desired temperature. If the temperature entered is
not in the range of the temperatures allowed, the default temperature will be displayed
and audible tones will sound.
4. Go to Step 5.
5. Press START for the selected oven.
6. Press CANCEL for the selected oven when finished.
CONVECT ROAST Convection
cooking
The oven can Convect Roast at any temperature between 170°F (77°C) and 550°F (288°C).
The default temperature is 350°F (177°C).
Refer to the Convection Cooking section of this manual for more information.
1. Press CONVECT ROAST for the desired oven.
Follow the on-screen prompt and use the number keypads to select if you wish to use the
convection Convert Time/Temp feature.
If using Convert Time/Temp:
2. Press the number keypads to set the original temperature. If the temperature entered is
not in the range of the temperatures allowed, the default temperature will be displayed
and audible tones will sound. Enter a temperature in the allowable range.
3. Press the number keypads to set the original cooking time.
4. Go to Step 5.
If not using Convert Time/Temp:
2. Press the number keypads to set the desired temperature. If the temperature entered is
not in the range of the temperatures allowed, the default temperature will be displayed
and audible tones will sound.
3. Go to Step 5.
5. Press START for the selected oven.
6. Press CANCEL for the selected oven when finished.
