Using AUTO COOK
Cooking with AUTO COOK lets you cook
common microwave-prepared foods without
needing to program times and Cook Powers.
AUTO COOK has preset times and Cook
Powers for five major food categories: Rolls,
Muffins; Casserole; Baked Potatoes; Fresh
Vegetables and Frozen Vegetables. All you

the food in the oven and
close

door.

Touch
AUTO COOK. “FOOD” will show
on the Display.
3. Touch
a Number Pad (l-5) to select an
Auto Cook setting. To choose the desired
setting, see the “Auto cook chart” on page
23 or the Cook Guide label on the frame
behind the door. The Display will show
“ENTER” and the “NO.” or “CUPS”
Indicator will be displayed. This example
shows an entry of “2” for Rolls, Muffins.
4. Touch
a Number Pad to enter the
amount of items to be heated. The
amount will appear on the Display. This
example shows an entry of “2” for two
items.
5. Touch
START/ENTER. When the
cooking time ends, four tones will sound.
“END” or further instructions will appear
on the Display, depending on which
setting you are using.
NOTE:
To change cooking times on Auto
Cook settings, see “Changing one-touch and
sensor cooking times” on page 33.

NOTE:
Before using AUTO COOK, be sure
the Display is blank. If the Display is not
blank, touch OFF/CANCEL once or twice.
